I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and a (registered) member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

I have previously worked in the NHS and colleges of further education. I am friendly, reliable and trustworthy and will work hard to provide a safe space for you as we work together.

With all my clients, I commit to the following:

I will send an online link prior to sessions.

I will keep all information you provide in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) basic and enhanced certificates.

I hold professional insurance*.

I am a (member of) the BACP and adhere to its ethical framework.

*Overseas clients are treated as having therapy carried out in the U.K. to comply with my insurance.
