My Approach

Integrated Counselling

I am an integrative counsellor, using a range of counselling modalities to tailor our sessions uniquely to your needs and wishes. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.

 

People often seek counselling when they want to change something in their life, need support at a particular time/event, or explore thoughts, feelings or behaviours in order to better understand themselves and how they live life.

Our relationship is an important part of the process, and working together effectively may involve talking about difficult and sensitive issues. Which is why it's important to me that we communicate honestly about how you feel about therapy and how we work together. 

Beginning therapy can seem daunting, and I offer a free initial meeting for us to consider if I am the right counsellor for you. I consider it a privilege to work with clients, and I recognise it can take courage, commitment and hard work.
